Can you imagine starting your career servicing customer machines at your local Honda dealership, and just a few years later becoming Honda Racing Team Manager?

That dream is now a reality for former mechanic Scot Hargreaves. From the workshop floor to the pinnacle of British motorcycle racing, Scot now leads Honda’s official British Superbike and British Supersport teams, while also spearheading the marque’s legendary Roads programme alongside TT icons John McGuinness and Dean Harrison.

For 2026, Scot will oversee the development of Honda’s race programme and carry responsibility for success not only in BSB this summer, but also on the world’s most iconic road racing stage, the Isle of Man TT.
