I don’t see the appeal of luxury trucks

I know I am beating a dead horse here, but, luxury trucks just seem senseless to me.

I don’t hate trucks, I have a new F350 XLT , but I could never see myself getting something like a platinum.

A truck is always going to ride poorly. Nothing can be done about that without significant sacrifices to its capabilities.

I own trucks, always have. The only “luxury” items I see the appeal of are heated seats, heated mirrors, and heated steering wheel. Those are nice. Stuff that makes the driving experience more pleasant. That being said most of said features are available on either base or near base.

If I want luxury, I can drive my car around. You can get a decently speced out XLT, SR5, or LT and something like an Accord touring for the same price as just one of these high end models. That’s what I opted to do, have a civic for driving around, F350 for working with.
