I bought some rev9s for my 2008 accord about a month ago, and because i have no hands on experience with suspension i took it to a local mechanic and tried to have them install it. The guy said the coilovers in the front were touching the axle in a way that could make the control arm snap, but i’m a little sus because i know for a fact these coilovers are fitted for my car and i didn’t adjust them. I’m thinking maybe he tried to slam the coils and then install them , so should i jus take a swing at it myself or buy new suspension? Is there another part i need to buy the avoid this? let me know please! not trying to go super low as of right now maybe 2 inches at most to see how it feels before i buy my new car and dive into stance.
