At the site of AWE in 2026, if you just take a cursory look, it’s easy to have a sense of temporal and spatial disorientation at some moment.
One moment, you might be queuing up to experience the new – energy RV with autonomous driving function. Then, when you turn around, a personal low – altitude racing aircraft appears in your field of vision. Without the unified brand vision, it’s hard to believe that these all come from the same ecosystem – the Trailblazer Ecosystem.
The Trailblazer Ecosystem started in Suzhou and has gained fame in both domestic and overseas markets in the past few years. Taking the overseas market as an example, data shows that its intelligent mobility brand, NAVEE, has ranked among the top three in Europe and achieved the first market share in the Nordic market. In 2025, NAVEE’s global performance increased by 321% year – on – year.
For this appearance, Trailblazer has almost brought its entire product lineup. In addition to the electric scooters and E – bikes that are hot – selling overseas, it also brought the full range of electric bicycles and electric motorcycles of its sub – brand “Shouqu Technology” targeting the domestic new national standard market.
What’s more eye – catching is the “Future Space” in Hall W4. The watercraft, unmanned shuttle vehicles, and the concept cars S10 and S11 of “Interstellar Crossing New Energy”, which are publicly displayed for the first time, appear on the same stage, covering three – dimensional travel scenarios.
Yin Haiyan, the global strategic director of the Trailblazer Ecosystem, said in an interview with 36Kr on the spot that the goal of Trailblazer is to build a complete intelligent space ecosystem covering three – dimensional space, meeting users’ diverse scenario needs from short – distance commuting to outdoor exploration, from intelligent mobility to smart home.
At the Interstellar Crossing New Energy booth, Zhan Zhongguo, the global president, revealed the technical logic behind the ecosystem to 36Kr: “Based on the accumulation and innovation of core technologies, our breakthroughs in intelligent algorithms and three – electric architectures enable different forms of products to be quickly launched.”
This technology reuse is reflected in many details: the automatic balance technology on electric motorcycles was later used in the collaborative demonstration of robots and unmanned vehicles; the AI visual assisted parking of RVs has the same origin as the intelligent algorithm of electric scooters; the quick – change battery design of aircraft also draws on the energy – replenishment solution of two – wheeled vehicles.
After the CCTV museum tour and Zhang Chaoyang’s on – site experience, the Trailblazer booth has become one of the most crowded areas at AWE 2026. Many people think that this will be a preview of future life. Anyway, the story this company wants to tell is clear: the future intelligent space and mobility ecosystem should not be defined by the number of wheels.

The following is the transcript of the on – site dialogue between 36Kr and several core leaders of the Trailblazer Ecosystem, compiled after the interview by 36Kr.
Dialogue with Yin Haiyan, the Global Strategic Director of the Trailblazer Ecosystem
36kr: Hello, Ms. Yin. Could you introduce the global ecosystem of Trailblazer first?
Yin Haiyan: The Trailblazer Ecosystem started from the mobility sector. Initially, we made scooters overseas under the brand NAVEE, providing solutions for shared operators. The overall performance is quite good. In some European and American countries, our market share among industry brand manufacturers can be regarded as one of the top.
Based on this sector, we made an extension, bringing back the overseas mobility solution experience to the domestic market and also taking into account domestic business. The “Shouqu” that everyone saw at the Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Horse this year is another sub – brand we launched – Shouqu Technology, which mainly provides solutions for daily two – wheeled mobility in the domestic market. Whether it is the implementation of the new national standard or the emergence of specific demand scenarios for electric motorcycles, they have all brought us dividends. We have invested a lot of energy in the three – electric system, appearance design, and performance. Once it was launched, it was highly recognized. In just one and a half years, we have achieved good results in product commercialization, brand promotion, and financial performance.
This is the basic situation of our mobility sector. The second sector of the Trailblazer Ecosystem is the outdoor mobile space.
36kr: Regarding the outdoor mobile space, could you give a specific example?
Yin Haiyan: First of all, our intelligent luggage has attracted a lot of interest. Although it looks small, it solves many travel and storage problems for business travelers. More importantly, it can improve the comfort of the whole travel process.
This is just part of the outdoor mobile space. We also have a trailer solution for RVs, which allows users to realize the linkage of living such as rest and dining outdoors. Considering that users may have power – consumption needs in the outdoor space, we have also launched outdoor energy – storage batteries.
In addition, we have also made some attempts in AI applications, such as hair dryers, air conditioners, and sweeping robots in the smart home appliance category. This is the third sector of the Trailblazer Ecosystem.
The fourth sector is our vision for the future space. In Hall W4, you can see some solutions for our unmanned vehicles. They have been recognized by the capital market and users, and the order volume is also good. This is also the first public appearance.
36kr: That vehicle is very cool, combining the concepts of AI and technology, making people feel that mobile business negotiations can be so comfortable. Is there also a low – altitude aircraft in the future sector?
Yin Haiyan: Yes. Currently, we have unveiled two low – altitude aircraft at the CES exhibition, a single – person model and a two – person model, which can achieve vertical take – off and movement, and are easy to operate. There is also a watercraft on display in Hall W4, with a diameter of about 6 meters. Currently, it is mainly used in commercial scenarios such as maritime patrol, inspection, and rescue. As I know, it has received good orders at the CES exhibition.

36kr: This is not only an embellishment but also a timely help in emergency rescue.
Dialogue with Yang Xiao, the Director of Shouqu Technology
36kr: Thank you, Ms. Yin, for your introduction. Next, let’s welcome Mr. Yang from Shouqu Technology.
Yang Xiao: Hello, everyone. I’m Yang Xiao from Shouqu Technology. Today at AWE, we have brought many products, such as our S – class new national standard model Sz110.
36kr: Sz110. Why is it called an “S – class” new national standard vehicle?
Yang Xiao: This vehicle uses aviation – grade aluminum – magnesium alloy material. Under the restrictions of the new national standard, in order to balance safety and weight and at the same time improve the appearance, we chose this material, which increases the overall vehicle strength by 400%.
36kr: This configuration can be said to be beyond the class. What pain points of users is it designed around?
Yang Xiao: In addition to the material, in terms of safety, this vehicle is equipped with a high – performance TCS traction control system, and the frame strength is also very high. At the same time, the front storage box is configured with dual – specification typeA/typeC, with a combined output of 40W (20W per port), which can be used to charge mobile phones, eliminating people’s anxiety about battery power when going out. Moreover, it is also one of the most good – looking models in the industry at present, which can be said to have hit the “sweet spot” of many appearance – conscious people, giving them more choices.
36kr: What is the positioning of Shouqu Technology for this product?
Yang Xiao: S – class new national standard and “beyond the class”. This is a blockbuster product launched by Shouqu Technology under the new national standard system in 2026, and it is also the industry’s first S – class new national standard electric bicycle. Through all – round upgrading in design, safety, and comfort experience, we hope to set a new standard for luxury electric bicycles under the new national standard. In the future, S – class products under the new national standard will also be continuously launched.

36kr: In addition to Sz110, I heard there is also an important electric motorcycle, the Y3 95C MK2?
Yang Xiao: Yes, this is a new electric motorcycle we are about to launch, called the Y3 95C MK2. The core feature of this product is “great potential”.
36kr: In what aspects is the “great potential” specifically reflected?
Yang Xiao: First is the large space. It has the longest wheelbase of 1400mm in the same class, ensuring safety during high – speed riding. The 430mm pedal space is spacious, and it is also designed with a 55 – degree golden oblique pedal, providing high riding comfort. In addition, the seat bucket has a large capacity of 32L. We have observed the pain points of users, such as whether they can put more things after putting in the helmet. Now, the charger, backpack, and raincoat can be stored at one time, and there is no need to carry a backpack when going out.
Second is the great wisdom. It is equipped with Shouqu’s Smart Go system, supporting one – key Bluetooth screen mirroring and music function, and also equipped with ground projection technology. The whole vehicle has a global control chip, which globally controls power and intelligence, solving the coordination problem of the matching system.
Third is the long range and high power. It has a full – speed range of 100km and a peak power of 3000w. It can be said that this vehicle is very excellent in terms of range and power parameters. In addition, it is also equipped with an SOC with a precise algorithm, and the mileage indicated on the instrument is very accurate, without false power, so users don’t have to worry about the remaining battery power.
36kr: So, its advantages can be summarized as these four “greats”?
Yang Xiao: Yes, that is great wisdom, large space, long range, and high power.

36kr: In addition to these two core products, there are also some devices on the booth showing technological strength, such as the motorcycle ridden by a robot.
Yang Xiao: Yes. This shows our automatic balance technology and the global data interconnection of the whole vehicle. The robot and the vehicle achieve data interconnection, and through the automatic balance technology of the electric vehicle, the matching between the robot and the vehicle is completed. This solves a pain point: the moving distance of the robot itself is limited. With the electric vehicle, it can do more things for humans. In addition, Shouqu’s self – balance 2.0 technology will be available to users in April or May. What we are doing is essentially “mobility robots”, and the data connection with embodied intelligence will make the products better.
36kr: This is really imaginative, making the two – wheeled vehicle as safe as a four – wheeled one. Also, I saw a very cool concept car.
Yang Xiao: Yes, this is the embodiment of our “speed” theme. This “Stormer Generation 1” previously reached a speed of 155 – 180 km/h at the Heze F3 Race Track. Now, the “Stormer Generation 2” can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in only 0.19 seconds. The upgraded Stormer is faster and stronger.
Dialogue with Wang Yaozhang, the Chief Product Officer of NAVEE
36kr: NAVEE has been doing very well overseas, starting from electric scooters. Could you introduce the current achievements?
Wang Yaozhang: Yes. Our NAVEE brand started with electric scooters, mainly targeting the high – end markets in Europe and America. Through three years of operation, we have ranked among the top three in the European market and achieved the first market share in several Nordic countries.
36kr: As an overseas brand, what features did you use to impress European consumers?
Wang Yaozhang: Our strategy is to enter from the high – end market and maintain a high – end brand image. The three products we brought to AWE this time are all high – end products to be launched this spring. For example, this pure off – road intelligent electric scooter has a radical design. It is equipped with a hub motor with a peak power of 2400W, with strong power and can easily climb slopes.
36kr: People are also very concerned about the range. How does this vehicle perform?
Wang Yaozhang: It can achieve a full – charge range of 75 km. We also equipped it with a 10A super – charger. Charging for 10 minutes can allow it to run 10 km, effectively solving the range anxiety.
36kr: In off – road scenarios, how are safety and shock absorption considered?
Wang Yaozhang: In terms of safety. First, the frame uses automotive – grade high – carbon steel with redundant load – bearing design. Second, the whole series is equipped with front and rear double brakes plus motor electronic brakes, a total of three – stage braking. Third, it is equipped with a TCS traction control system to prevent side – slipping on slippery roads. The battery uses lithium batteries of new – energy vehicle grade and is equipped with an AI – intelligent BMS for real – time monitoring. In terms of shock absorption, we use 12 – inch large tires, combined with front and rear swing – arm suspensions, ensuring the comfort of riding in the forest.

36kr: I heard that one of the vehicles was on the Spring Festival Gala?
Wang Yaozhang: Yes, this is the flagship model UT5 Max that was on the Spring Festival Gala this year. It is positioned for all – terrain use, suitable for both urban commuting and outdoor use. It is equipped
