So I’m a younger guy learning how to work on these things Iv bought this 71 ranchero to learn wiring and some rust repair. It’s been previously rewired “professionally” with a painless kit as the factory fuse box shorted out and fried itself.
Iv gotten everything figured out besides one problem if I leave the headlights on too long it trips the breaker (swapped to breaker) if I use other things like brake lights or blinkers/hazards it switches off quicker. I have a dedicated hot wire with a fuse holder (now breaker) running to the headlight switch
New switch, new dimmer switch on the floor, grounds seem good enough.
No parasitic draw ether so I’m just lost.
