There have been some disturbing stories in the news in the last few days regarding crashes involving “e-bikes.” This is yet another part of modern life where technology has drastically outpaced regulation. And it’s an area fraught with misunderstanding and bad information. A lot of very different devices are being lumped together under the heading of e-bikes.
