Will my spring fall out with negative preload?

Currently I’m running negative preload on my rear of my 2015 civic. There is about a two finger gap between the top of the top perch and the spring. However as you can see from the picture the spring is still captured at full droop from a ring on the bottom perch and a protrusion on the top perch. Anyone have experience with this and will it fall out? Btw the wheel would have to travel like half a foot or more down to reach full droop while driving so idkr if that will ever happen.
