A Columbia man was being held in the Boone County Jail, accused of stealing scooters and e-bikes parked outside of dorms on the University of Missouri campus.
Court documents state that the scooters and bikes were stolen on Feb. 6, Feb. 7, and Feb. 9, 2026, from Defoe-Graham Hall, Mark Twain Hall, Bluford Hall, and Galena Hall.
Investigators were able to track a vehicle seen on surveillance video to Christopher S. Eubanks, 36.
Prosecutors charged Eubanks with three counts of Stealing and one count of Stealing – $750 Or More.
He was being held without bond in the Boone County Jail.
