Help with 1964 Impala

I was recently offered the opportunity to purchase a 1964 Impala from a colleague whose father passed away in 2019. He winterized the car and passed away shortly after.

I don’t have a ton of photos, but I know it has ~60,000, and was a running, driving car prior to sitting since 2019. As long as the car is generally rust free, and mechanicals seem reasonable, what should I expect something like this to cost?

Is there anything specific should look out for?
