does this make it white gold?

anyway, i have a quick question about the wipers.
i havent delved i to them yet bus the driver side wiper seems to not push down on the blade anoigh for it to function properly, can i adjust it somehow or do i need to replace it/a part of it?
i put new blades on thinking they were going bad but it still only wipes the middle of the blade.
