Cord Power Technologies will provide 7.4kW home chargers and installation services for Geely Auto UK’s EV customers
Geely Auto UK has appointed Cord Power Technologies to supply home electric vehicle (EV) chargers and installation services for its customers. The partnership will see Cord provide its 7.4kW Cord Zero charger alongside a managed installation service, with most installations completed within two weeks.
The Cord Zero is available in tethered and socketed formats, with features including app control, smart tariff compatibility, solar charging readiness, and dynamic load balancing. Each unit is backed by a five-year warranty.
In a statement, James Hylton, Co-Founder of Cord Power Technologies, said: “We’ve built Cord around the principle that EV charging should be positively easy—for drivers, dealers and manufacturers alike. Since 2023, Cord has completed more than 5,000 home charger installations across the UK.
