Should I camber?

Just bought new wheels for my 2016 Mazda 3 sedan. Upsized to 17” wheels, and the tires that came on them are really good but seem to be too big (225/55/R17). Showing torn rubber on the rear tires after only a day of spirited driving. It seems like it’s rubbing on the fenders pretty bad in the rear.

Should I buy camber arms? Or would it be better to roll the fenders or get new tires? All advice is appreciated.
