Trike advice 🙏

I’ve been trying to identify what exactly this is, I can find a lot of similar looking trikes from Ed Roth, Trikes by Stires and VW but can’t find an exact match. Any help is appreciated.

It’s my neighbors and he’s looking to sell for a very reasonable price so any other advice about these types of vehicles is also appreciated!
