Jaguar Land Rover is gearing up for a major model refresh, with several key electric vehicles set to debut as early as 2026. Among them are the highly anticipated all-electric Range Rover and the first new Jaguar in years.The full-size electric Range Rover has been in development since 2021, but its launch was delayed due to weaker demand for expensive EVs. Now, it is scheduled for release in 2026. Meanwhile, a new Jaguar with a low silhouette and high power will debut this summer. This car marks a comeback for the brand after a period with virtually no new vehicle sales.Beyond these flagships, JLR is expanding its lineup with more compact models. By year-end, the company plans to unveil its first EV on the new EMA platform, which will be the electric successor to the Range Rover Velar—featuring an unusually elongated and low body for the brand. Later, an electric Defender will also be built on this architecture.Jaguar Land Rover treats Range Rover, Defender, and Discovery as distinct brands, each set to have at least one electric model by the end of the decade. Additionally, the company is developing the Freelander brand, offering more affordable plug-in hybrid SUVs created in partnership with China’s Chery and aimed at global markets.
