Not a whole lot of info on this but learned about this custom built 1970 Volkswagen Beetle modified to resemble Gene Simmons' "The Demon" persona from the rock band KISS.

The vehicle features a large, custom made head with black hair and iconic face paint.

A prominent pink tongue extends from the mouth over the hood of the car, mimicking Simmons' signature look.

While many assume this was a fan-made project, it was actually commissioned as a radio station promotional vehicle in the USA. Its purpose was to be a "one-car rolling parade" to draw crowds at station events and concerts. The engine is a 1.6L (1584cc) air-cooled "boxer" four-cylinder with approximately 57 horsepower (though the fiberglass head likely adds weight that affects the power-to-weight ratio) & 4-speed manual. If any Redditor has more info, please, chime in.
