TBC also explained that more than 30 Nashville community leaders have toured Music City Loop’s sister system in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Music City Loop is expected to be an “all-electric, zero-emissions, high-speed underground transit system owned and operated by the Boring Company in which passengers are transported directly to their destination,” TBC said.

According to the project website, the tunnel will span nearly 13 miles and allow people to travel from Nashville International Airport to Lower Broadway in roughly 10 minutes.
