Audi Q8 e-tron 50 Is the Real Range a Dealbreaker?

Hi everyone,
I found my dream car: an Audi Q8 e-tron 55 with 28,000 km for about $45,000. I absolutely love the design and the interior.

The main concern is range. Audi claims 500 km, but realistically it seems closer to 350 km.

My usage:
40 km daily round trip to work
Long trips maybe once every two weeks
Charging 20 m from my apartment
I would not mind charging once a week, but is that realistic in real-world use, especially in winter?

Would you still buy it in my situation, or is the range a dealbreaker?
