Run over a week at Bengaluru’s busiest junctions, #SaluteAtSignal flipped commuter frustration into appreciation, highlighting the human effort behind traffic control.

Targeting Bengaluru’s traffic crunch from rapid urban growth, the campaign ran at Sony Signal, Koramangala and Vydehi Signal, Whitefield — handling tens of thousands of vehicles daily.
How it worked: During 6-9 PM peak hours, PA announcements invited riders to:
Switch on parking/hazard lights for a few seconds
No honking
Stay stationary at red signals
Result? Rare moments of calm at pressure cooker junctions, with thousands participating to honour on-duty officers.
