Parking available in Greenpoint NYC

I rent a tandem parking spot and the front spot is opening up, after a year of someone renting the spot previously. The cost of the front spot per month is $275. This is most ideal for someone else with a classic car, or someone who doesn't drive often, using the garage mostly to store their car safely. The garage is open 7 days a week, 7AM-11PM. It is tended by a valet staff, but the tandem spot is on the "self park" side of the garage. It is all part of the same garage, completely covered and off the street, and weather elements.
