New 5-Year Warranty
Tesla has upgraded its Basic Limited Vehicle Warranty in Australia. The new warranty covers 5 years with unlimited kilometres. This is a significant improvement from the previous 4 years or 80,000 kilometres.
The updated warranty applies to all new Model 3 and Model Y vehicles delivered from 1 January 2026. It includes roadside assistance for the full warranty period. Commercial use vehicles have a different limit of 150,000 kilometres.
