Help: are these wheels -25 ET or +25 offset?

Attached pictures. From the look of the wheels i was expecting negative offset, but i can't tell if the marking says -25 or is it positive…
Can anyone confirm, also if anyone knows the name of these wheels and its bolt/pattern and bore size. seller doesnt know it lol.. thanks
tires are rear 295/30/22 on 22×11 and front 255/30/22 22×9.5 . thanks.
