Nio Inc (NYSE: NIO, HKG: 9866) delivered a record 48,135 vehicles in December, representing a 54.59 percent increase year-on-year and a 32.69 percent rise month-on-month, according to data released today.

The Nio brand delivered a record 31,897 vehicles in December. Sub-brand Onvo delivered 9,154 units, while Firefly delivered 7,084 units.

In the fourth quarter, Nio delivered 124,807 vehicles, marking a 71.70 percent year-on-year increase and a 43.34 percent rise from the third quarter.

Nio Inc delivered 326,028 vehicles in 2025, representing a 46.88 percent increase compared to 2024.

NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO; HKEX: 9866; SGX: NIO) (“NIO” or the “Company”), a pioneer and a leading company in the global smart electric vehicle market, today announced its December, fourth quarter and full year 2025 delivery results.

The Company delivered 48,135 vehicles in December 2025, a new monthly high, representing an increase of 54.6% year-over-year.

The deliveries consisted of 31,897 vehicles from the Company’s premium smart electric vehicle brand NIO, 9,154 vehicles from the Company’s family-oriented smart electric vehicle brand ONVO, and 7,084 vehicles from the Company’s small smart high-end electric car brand FIREFLY.

The Company delivered 124,807 vehicles in the fourth quarter of 2025, reaching a new quarterly record and representing an increase of 71.7% year-over-year. For the full year 2025, total deliveries reached 326,028 vehicles, increasing by 46.9% year-over-year. Cumulative deliveries reached 997,592 as of December 31, 2025.

In December 2025, our flagship premium SUV, the NIO All-New ES8, surpassed 40,000 cumulative deliveries, setting the fastest delivery record among BEVs priced above RMB400,000 in China.
