Help. What should I do with my deceased father’s classic car? Read below for details

1967 SS Impala. I want to point out that I have no means of keeping this because I can’t afford to maintain,store it and don’t even know how to drive it unfortunately. I’m unsure of the mileage at this time. As you can see it needs some work. No idea where the title is but did find some expired insurance. I have already had someone make an offer for it which seemed a bit low compared to my research and what pops used to tell me it was worth. Interior is in pretty rough shape big stain on carpets. What I’m wondering is it worth putting a decent amount into to fix the damages and then sell? Someone has already told me the classic car market crashed so I won’t get more than he offered. Just looking for some advice I’m pretty new to this. Thanks
