These 5 Companies Fooling Customers | Electric Scooters Delayed Deliveries | Electric Vehicles India
These five companies literally
fooled their customers. What what friends? There are more than 200 plus electric
two-heer companies in India and most of them will manufacture the product will launch the
product take pre-bookings from the customers and deliver that product. But there are five such
companies who launched their electric vehicles, took pre-booking from the customers but haven’t
delivered the vehicles. In this video, let’s talk about these five companies who took pre-bookings
and haven’t delivered the product. So, the video is going to be very interesting and many of you
may have pre-book these vehicles which I’m going to talk in this video. So, please watch the video
till the end. Before the video, please subscribe to Electro Vehicles India so that you won’t miss
any such future videos from our channel. So before the video, this is Adit and you’re watching
Electric Vehicles India. Now I’m going to talk about five companies who launched their electric
vehicle in India. They took pre-bookings from the customers and haven’t delivered the product yet.
So from these five companies, the first company is Ola. Yes, currently Ola sells electric scooters
and electric bikes in India. In electric scooters lineup, they have Ola S1 Pro, Ola S1 Pro Plus, Ola
S1 Pro Sport, Ola S1X, Ola S1X Plus, Ola S1Z. They took pre-bookings for all these variants but they
are now delivering only limited variants. Coming to the Roadster electric bike, they have Ola
Roadster X plus, Ola Roadster X, Ola Roadster and Ola Roadster Pro. And they also took pre-bookings
for all these models. Currently Ola has 11 models with 22 different battery pack variants. So they
took pre-bookings for all these variants, but now they are delivering only limited models. Coming to
the scooters, they are delivering only Ola S1 Pro, Ola S1X and Ola S1X Plus. Recently in Bengaluru
they started the deliveries of Ola S1X plus that would delivered only limited 8 to 10 units in
one of the showroom in Bengaluru. Coming to the bikes they are delivering only one model that
is Ola Roadster X plus 3.5 kW the top-of-the-line battery pack variant. No update about Ola Roadster
X, Ola Roadster and Ola Roadster Pro. So like this Ola took pre-bookings for all their models. They
took 49 and 9 from their customers at a token of pre-booking but they are not delivering their
electric scooters. The problem might be anything but there is no communication to the customer.
There is no proper communication to the customer when they’ll get the delivery of their desired
electric scooter. Talking about the Ola Roadster, they launched this electric bike Ola Roadster
electric bike on August 15, 2024. So it’s been more than 15 months and Ola is not delivering
all the variants of this Ola Roadster. and Ola S1 Pro Plus has announced 9 months back. Ola
S1 Pro Sport has been announced 3 months back. They took pre-bookings for both these variants.
But the recently started Ola S1 Express only in Bangaluru and there is no details about Ola Sport.
So this is not correct from Ola. Exactly. Ola is fooling the customers by taking the pre-booking
and by not communicating the exact timeline on the deliveries. So what’s your opinion and how
many of you pre-booked Ola electric scooters and not yet took the deliveries? Please let me know
in the comments. And the second company is Revot Motors. This Revot Motors is a Belgavy Karnataka
Belgavi based startup company. And uh from past 5 years they started teasing their electric scooter.
So they teased about a dash cam inside headlamp setup, 280 kilometers range, a hydraulic opening
board and a single cable charging system. After teasing these features for 3 years, finally they
launched the Revote NX electric scooter on October 23rd, 2023 exactly on Diwali day. So they launched
this electric scooter with the 300 kilometers range with the five variants starting from 89,000
to 1 lak 89,000 rupees. They took pre-bookings from customers but till now no update on it. It’s
been more than 2 years since the company had took pre-bookings from the customer but there is no
delivery update till now. There are no posts. The company is not active on social media and
there is no communication given to the pre-ooked customers. So this is not right from the reot
motors. Definitely they have to give a delivery update to the customers who paid the money and who
pre-book their electric vehicles. The scooters are phenomenal. They are fabulous. Excellent features,
excellent technology, excellent R&D. But coming to the reality, no update after 2 years. The
third company is Briski. This Briski is a Hyderabad based startup company. I myself rode the
prototype of this electric scooter. So this brisk EV has got into limelight in a EV expo which held
in Hyderabad. So they claimed a huge 333 km range on a single charge from their electric scooters.
So most of the people attracted to this range and shown interest in buying this electric scooter.
After completion of R&D for about 2 to 3 years, they launched Briski origin electric scooter in
India on December 25th or 26th, 2024. And they teased 333 km range. But they have launched this
electric scooter with only 200 km range. And the price they have kept is 1 lakh 39,000. It’s
been 1 year since company has launched this electric scooter and after launching they took
the pre-booking by collecting 333 rupees from each customer. So I think many of you have pre-booked
this electric scooter but after one year there is no update from the company, no update in
the social media, no update in the website, no communication given to the pre-ooked customers.
So this is not the correct way from the Hyderabad based briski. They have to definitely give
delivery update to the pre-booked customers. How many of you pre-booked this Briski or Reotend?
Please let me know in the comments. And the next brand is TVS. Yes, same like you. I also shocked
by seeing the behavior of TVS company. TVS has launched Orbiter electric scooter on August
28th, 2025. Literally before 3 to 4 months, but after 3 months, no deliveries of that electric
scooter. Yes, TVs has launched this electric scooter in a very hurry. They announced the launch
of this electric scooter literally 5 days before. I think exactly on August 23 or 24 we got a teaser
that TVS is going to launch an electric scooter and on August 28th they launched this electric
scooter. They invited me to the test event. I went to Bangalore I test for this electric scooter
and I uploaded the video in our channel and it got a huge response and many of you loved TVS or
electric scooter but after 3 months no delivery even no display vehicle in the showrooms. As per
the TVs they started the deliveries in Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi but I’m not sure that all
of the rebooked customers got the deliveries of this electric scooter. Apart from these cities no
other cities customers has even saw this electric scooter. So this is not the right approach from a
legacy brand TVs. So TVS has to definitely deploy electric scooters to the all showrooms and they
have to give the test rides to the pre-booked customers. So this is not the correct way. What’s
your opinion on this TVs approach? Please let me know in the comments. It’s not over yet. Till
now we spoke about four companies and the fifth company I’m not sure to include this company in
this video or not but I have to definitely include this company in this video for one small thing
I’m talking about ultraviolet ultraviolet has launched an electric scooter called ultraviolet
tesseract they launched this electric scooter at an introductory extreme cost of 1.2 two lakh
rupees and many customers has attracted to this price and pre-book this electric scooter. Company
got humongous response and they got 60 70,000 pre-bookings for this electric scooter. So in the
launch event they have shown the features of top- end variant and they announced the price for the
base variant. They said the final configuration will be in the December 2025 and the deliveries
will start in Q1 2026. But after experiencing huge demand they postponed the deliveries to Q2 2026.
So till now everything was fine. They launched an electric scooter. They took the pre-bookings
and they said when they’ll deliver this electric scooter to the customers. But after 6 months they
launched an electric bike called X47 in September and literally they started the deliveries in the
next month. In October 2025 we got the deliveries of ultraviolet X47. So company had capability
to deliver their electric vehicles literally next month. What happened to Tesaract? Why they
launched the Tessact electric scooter? The X47 customers are getting the deliveries within one
month of launch. Why not Tesarat customers have to wait one year to get the delivery of their
electric scooter. So why company has launched the Desert? To gain traction for X47 launch or to
gain traction for the company or to satisfy the investors why why they have launched Deserat
electric scooters and they took pre-bookings from 60 to 70,000 plus customers. Definitely
ultraviolet have to answer this. I’m not sure the deliveries of this test act will happen
in Q2 2026 or not because I don’t have trust on this company regarding the test act. Apart
from the tesser act X47 was good, F77 was good, F77 Mark II everything was good but company has
played a very big langling in this tact. So what’s your opinion on this? Please let me know in the
comments. So these are the five companies Indian companies who launched their electric vehicle took
the pre-bookings from the customer but haven’t delivered the product yet. So what’s your opinion
on this whole topic? Please leave in the comments. If you found this video informative, please
