3 reasons to not buy one | Hyundai Creta Electric 2025 FAQ #03

There are a couple of obvious reasons you wouldn’t want to buy a Creta electric, but there’s one subtle one as well. Three reasons to not buy the Creta Electric. First, the range anxiety factor. The largest battery pack on the Creta Electric is a 51 kWh battery pack, which is good to get you to 400 km in some situations. But today, there are EVs offering larger battery packs and larger ranges, which makes range anxiety a thing of the past. And that’s something that the credit electric is missing. A larger battery pack would have made this a no-brainer. Second, the value for money quotient. The Creda Electric’s prices do make it feel more expensive than the other options available. At the topsp spec price of the Creda Electric, you could get a Harrier, which is a larger car with a 75 kWh battery pack and is also more powerful car. At the lower end of the range, you’d be looking at an MG Windsor, which is again more spacious, more practical, while offering you a similarly sized battery pack, too. Third, the subtle reason why the Creta electric will not feel as welcoming as a regular Creta, for instance, is the lack of comfort in the cabin or rather lesser comfort than the regular Creta has to offer. That’s because the floor has been raised and that means comfort in the back seat is compromised and that might just be a deal breakaker for the dollar occupants.
