Who is paying 30k+ for a normal used car?

Just finished the latest Roman Report and I have to ask..

Is the average person here in the U.S really okay with buying a used car for 30k plus??

Just looking around the midwest im finding cars (FROM DEALERSHIPS) with under 60k miles for under 5k. And im shure buying local will knock a couple thousand off as well.

I understand for sports cars or rare cars but seriously who is buying a used GM or Stellantis product for 30k???
