JAC Motors Plug-In Hybrid Pickup Truck Tested In Zhuhai China

Okay, we’re here to test drive the Jack Moto PHEV, the T9 PHEV, which is coming to Malaysia. This is, of course, left hand drive. In Malaysia, it will be right hand drive, but we’re taking it out on a test track that has been specially designed for us to try and get a feel of the truck as much as possible. Let’s get in. So, we are in the Jack Moto T9 plug-in hybrid. saw what it looks like outside. It’s pickup truck, but inside is very much like a passenger car/ SUV because big screen, nice big air con vents, digital instrument cluster, touch and feel points, all up market drive mode, gear selector, rotary knob. We’re ready to go. We test the airbag. We do roll over test. Okay. I like this guy. Allows me to do anything I want. Acceleration is fast and smooth. Super quiet. Doesn’t feel like a pickup truck. Great for inner city driving especially old town where you got all the small side streets easy lights steering it’s uh no okay I’m not supposed to go this way so I have to reverse now uh if you want to try this uh you should uh go uh Uh in this and another way.
