I truly believe every time you have a challenge the first time you need to see is can we do it with the actual processes and the answer was clearly no. Not because the actual processes were wrong but because we are in a different context. When we look at each other, we say, “Guys, this project is going to be so fast that we have no time to wait for the institutional monthly meetings and things like that because, you know, you blink and you miss. [Music] We put in place several teams at the same time. I had a design team here, the AC/DC center in China, in order to parallelize as many activities as we could and move completely synchronized. [Music] Thanks to the history and the deep customer knowledge we have, we know very well what to run probably the most difficult exercise which is the right cost allocation. Put the money exactly where the customer needs the money to be. The customer performance is the key point. So we want the car really to be to be essential in the customer’s life and to change the their approach at the electric cars democratizing the vehicle. [Music] It’s The responsibility has been floating from uh place to place. The project has started in France then followed in China in ACDC and when the development was mature the project came back to Slovenia to produce and launch the vehicle.
