Mahindra has teased the production spec version of the 2023 BE Rally concept for the first time, which will be launched alongside the Mahindra XV 9S on November 26th. The teaser gives us a glimpse of the upcoming ESU’s exterior. On the front, you can see a similar design compared to the BE6 with a scooped out bonnet and eyebrowshaped LED DRLs. But what differentiates it from the BE6 is the circular housing for the projector LED headlights, which looks similar to the units on the BE Rally concept shown earlier. There’s also a more prominent bash plate compared to the BE6. And in profile, the production spec B rally model silhouette looks similar to that of the concept with a sloping roof line and sharp creases on the body. At the rear, the teaser shows a roofed spoiler and LED light bars that will not be connected. And it also hints at spoilers over the tail light section and the Infiniti logo on the tailgate as well. Now, there is no telling on how the interior would look like, but you can be assured it will not be subtle. From one EV to another, the Porsche Cayenne electric has been launched in India for a price of 1.76 cr rupees. The SUV is available with electric and turbo electric trims and bookings have been commenced with deliveries expected to start in the second half of 2026. Both variants of the new Porsche Kay electric come with a 113 kWh battery pack and a dual motor all-wheel drive setup as standard. The more powerful turbo electric trim features 1,156 horsepower and 1,150 Newton m, which helps it do the 0 to 100 kph run in just 2.5 seconds before maxing out at an electronically limited top speed of 260 kph. It also gets a claimed range of 623 km. Meanwhile, the standard electric model pushes out 408 horsepower and 835 Newton m. Now, it is not slow by any regard and it does the 0 to 100 kph in just 4.8 seconds with an electronically reduced top speed of 230 kph. It also has a claimed range of 642 km, which is slightly more than the more powerful version. It is also the first Porsche car to be equipped with an optional 11 kW wireless charging capability along with adaptive air suspension as standard, but the rear wheel steering will be an optional extra. The new Porsche Cayenne Electric continues with a similar silhouette to the ice powered Cayenne, but what’s different is that the EV version comes with a blank top grill with two air vents on either side of the bumpers to cool the battery pack and the electricals. These air vents are more pronounced on the turbo version. Other than this, both trims comes with active aerodynamic vents on the lower portion of the bumpers to further assist the cooling of the electronics under the hood. In profile, both trims get a gloss black cladding on their lower edges and 20 to 22-in alloy wheel options as well. The rear profile features a full width LED light bar with illuminated Porsche lettering that gives it a nice contrast to the overall design. The bumper also looks new with some horizontal black elements. And the only difference between the turbo and regular variant is that the former gets a bodycoled skid plate while the latter gets an all black finish. The EV also gets a 130 mm larger wheelbase than the ice model totaling 3023 mm and it gets a 90 L frunk and a 781 L boot as well. On the inside, it gets a tech- loaded cabin with a similar looking three-spoke steering wheel and a digital driver’s display. What has changed, however, is that Porsche has added a 14.5 in curved touchscreen infotainment system, which flows nicely to the center console and is a first of any Porsche offering in India. It also features a optional 14.9 in passenger display and a heads-up display with augmented reality, both of which can be opted for an additional cost. The Porsche Kan Electric rivals the Audi Q8 Ron, the BMW iX, and the Lotus Electra in India. Tata has unveiled some of the color options for the Sierra ahead of the midsize SUV’s launch next week on October 25th. So far, Tata has confirmed six monotone colors that Sierra buyers will be able to choose from and these are the Anderman Adventure, Bengal Rouge, cool clouds, Mntal Gray, Munar Mist, and Pristine White. of these Anderman Adventure and Bengal Rouge were shown off in prior Sierra teasers and are definitely the most vibrant colors of the lot. Munar Mist is also a quite unique shade shifting between green and gray depending on the lighting. Buyers who prefer more conventional and understated colors meanwhile can go for either the cool clouds which is a silver or light gray, mintal gray which is a dark gray or pristine white. Notably, Tata has not revealed a black color option for the Sierra yet, but this could be confirmed at the SUV’s launch. It also remains to be seen if Tata will offer an all black dark edition or stealth edition variants of the Sierra like it has with some of its other products. And now from the world of two wheelers, Royal Enfield has unveiled a new special edition Meteor 350 dubbed as the Sundowner Orange at Motorverse 2025 in Goa. The Sundowner Orange Edition gets a factory fitted touring pack that includes a touring seat, fly screen, passenger back rest, and the triple navigation pod that’s standard on higher models. It also features aluminum tubeless spoke wheels that is a first for the Meteor 350 range, a slip and assist clutch that has been introduced with the 2026 range with adjustable levers and LED headlamps. Royal Enfield says the limited run model carries a commemorative badge and celebrates the Meteor community now over a half a million strong globally. The Meteor 350 Sundowner Orange is priced at 2.19 lakh rupees which is 3,000 rupees more than the top variant of the standard Meteor. Along with the new Meteor 350, Royal Enfield has also launched the Himalayan Mana Black Edition. Following its initial unveil at Akma 2025 earlier this month, launched at Motorverse 2025, this special edition variant features a factory fitted accessories package and a new color scheme that sets it apart from the other Himalayan 450 variants. It continues to use the same 452 cc single-cylinder liquid cooled engine producing 40 horsepower and 40 Newton meters. Suspension travels remains the same as well with 200 mm at both ends and the braking hardware is unchanged too. What is different are the accessories that the Mana Black Edition gets as standard. These include knuckle guards, a taller and fatter rally seat, a highermounted front mud guard and tubeless wire spoke wheels. The bike also sports an all black paint scheme with matte gray accents across the body. Royal Enfield has announced that bookings for the Himalayan Mana Black Edition are now open across dealerships in India as well as the RE app and website as well. Priced at 3.37 lakh rupees, it sits at a premium over the standard variants which range between 3.06 lakh and 3.2 lakh rupees. After just weeks of its unveil in Europe, Kawasaki has officially launched the Z1100 in India at 12.79 lakh rupees. The Z1100 shares its engine and mainframe with the Ninja 1100 SX. And power comes from a 1099 cc liquid cooled inline 4 engine, which makes 136 horsepower at 9,000 RPM and 113 Newton m at 7,600 RPM. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox equipped with Kawasaki’s quick shifter and the brand’s birectional quick shifter system. The bike’s electronics package is comprehensive, centered around a new 5-in TFT display, and five axis IMU supports rider aids like cornering ABS, three traction control levels, two power modes, and cruise control. The 2026 Kawasaki Z100’s price helps it undercut its closest rival, the Honda CB000 Hornet SP, which is priced at 13.29 lakh rupees. That was it for this week’s quick news. Hope you guys like that.
