Him-E showcased at MotoverseTwo units were seen plying around the venueIt is a test bed and might never go into production
The electric version of the Royal Enfield Himalayan, the Him-E, has been showcased at the ongoing Motoverse 2025 motorcycling festival in Goa. In fact, two units of the bike were seen being ridden around the festival venue for the attendees to gawk at them.

This is not the first time the Him-E has been presented to the public, as the motorcycle has been spotted and showcased on multiple occasions before. As per our knowledge, the Him-E might never go into production as is. It is a test bed, and this platform will be used to spawn other electric motorcycles in the future. The technology and learnings will be utilised to create other production bikes, perhaps in the ADV category.

The Him-E gets some extravagant components. The golden cross-spoke wheels are suspended by electronically-adjustable suspension by Ohlins. The knobby tyres are brought to a halt by radially-mounted Nissin brake calipers with a Brembo master cylinder. This particular model is the latest version 2.0 and seems adorned with properly finished bodywork, which can certainly be used on a production bike. The battery is a structural element of the frame developed in-house by the brand and the motor and controller are off-the-shelf components.
