The new facility in Hanuman Nagar includes a dedicated Oben Care service center to provide convenient and expert support, further strengthening the company’s presence in Maharashtra where interest in the Oben Rorr EZ Sigma continues to accelerate.
With seven outlets now operating in Maharashtra and 75 across the country, Oben Electric is moving swiftly towards its targeted network of over 150 showrooms and service centers by the end of this financial year. Priced from ₹1.16 lakh (ex-showroom), the motorcycle delivers a modern riding experience with features including Reverse Mode, a 5-inch colour TFT display with navigation, call and message alerts, and connectivity through the Oben Electric App for remote access, notifications and live tracking. Customers can also purchase the Rorr EZ Sigma through leading e-commerce platforms.
Oben Electric ensures service reliability with round-the-clock customer assistance and rapid resolution capabilities, achieving a 90% issue-resolution rate within 72 hours. All outlets include Oben Care service centers equipped with certified technical teams trained to maintain components designed and developed in-house such as the battery, motor and control electronics.
