Entire Tesla Fleet Torched in France – The Growing Wave of Anti-EV Arson Attacks
24 Teslas. That’s a significant financial loss, a major disruption, and an act of pure malice. This fire, which ripped through the Tesla store in Pen Miraau, is currently under investigation, but authorities say that arson is the most likely cause. Imagine the scene. Brand new vehicles parked waiting for delivery to customers suddenly engulfed in flames. We’re talking many of them, 24. This fire was huge. This isn’t just about property damage. It’s about sending a very clear message. But what message and from whom? Hello my friends. Welcome to the channel. I’m Sam Evans. You’re watching the Electric Viking. And this is very very disappointing to see this. What makes this particularly chilling though is that this isn’t the first time a Tesla facility in France has been targeted by arsonists. Earlier this year, a similar incident occurred at a Tesla store in Tulus where about a dozen vehicles were intentionally set fire. That fire was confirmed to be arson happening amid a period of anti-Tesla protests. two major fires at two different Tesla stores in the same country, both suspected of or confirmed to be intentional acts. This is more than a coincidence. It’s a very clear pattern. Unfortunately, this pattern is being repeated across the world. This chilling trend isn’t confined to France. We’ve seen a disturbing number of suspicious fires targeting electric vehicles and often Teslas across Europe. In Norway in late 2024, several incidents involving Tesla vehicles catching fire under unusual circumstances were investigated with many believing that these were deliberate acts of vandalism. And we, you know what, we’re almost certain they were. YouTube’s new algorithm means that you’re often not getting all of our videos in your feed. There’s 7,500. I’m pretty sure you’re probably not seeing a lot of them. In the description, there is a link to our newsletter. Click on that and you can get an update every day of all the latest news in the electric car industry. In Germany, in early 2025, there were reports of suspected arson attacks on many luxury electric vehicles, including Teslas at a dealership in Berlin. The time nature suggested a deliberate attack on EVs. We’ve also seen isolated incidents in other countries like Sweden where vehicles including Teslas were deliberately set deliberately set on fire in parking lots often linked to broader social unrest or while anti-EV sentiment. Sometimes they specifically have just targeted electric cars in general. These aren’t random acts of vandalism. The scale, the specific targeting of Tesla stores or fleets suggests a more organized or at least ideologically driven agenda. I mean, it’s even happened in the United States as well. And well, it’s not just Europe, right? Well, less frequent, we’ve seen similar disturbing incidents in the US. In California, in mid 2024, a fleet of delivery vans, which included several electric models, were reportedly damaged by fire under suspicious circumstances at a depot. More recently in Texas, a an electric truck at a charging station was extensively damaged by a fire that was well deliberately lit by an arsonist. And then another Tesla arsonist was also caught in the US not that long ago. While not always explicitly linked to anti-EV sentiment, or at least we don’t know that they were, these fires occur in a landscape where there’s a growing vocal opposition to EVs. You’ve all heard it. I mean, this opposition to electric cars is is getting out of control. And I think a lot of it is sponsored by fossil fuels. Some of it’s not. Some of it’s just lunatics who hate electric cars, people who hate change. for protests against battery factories to online to online misinformation campaigns. The move to electrification is clearly ruffling some very powerful feathers. 24 Teslas in France, dozens more across Europe, suspicious incidents in the US. This isn’t just about cars burning. It’s about a war of ideas, a fight for the future of transportation. And that might sound might sound serious. And the reason it sounds serious is because it actually is serious. Is it disgruntled individuals, organized protest groups like what we saw in Tesla’s factory in Germany, or something more sinister aimed at destabilizing the EV market and hindering the transition to sustainable energy? The investigations continue, but one thing is abundantly clear. The EV revolution is it’s under attack and sometimes that attack comes with flames. Sometimes it’s words, sometimes it’s much worse. Who do you think is behind these incidents? Let me know in the comments, guys. And don’t forget to like and subscribe and I’ll see you again in the next video. A few days ago in New Zealand, a car, petrol-powered car, crashes into an electric bus. The petrol powered car catches flames. Someone dies. The media created a narrative that the bus had set itself on fire and was causing toxic fumes to spread all across New Zealand, all across New Zealand’s biggest city. This was a completely fake story and the media all just ran with it. By the time the actual truth came out, well, the damage was done. Lately, there’s been a tremendous amount of propaganda against electric cars. And one of the events, in fact, two of the events I should say were in New Zealand. A bus caught fire and the media I mean YouTube channels the general media said it was an electric bus catching fire. This shows the danger of electric vehicles. They are so dangerous you shouldn’t be using them. Fire and emergency New Zealand were called to the scene here in Oakland’s Parnell on Tamaki Drive just after 9:00 p.m. when an electric bus and a car collided. Then there was another story a few days later showing a massive fire in a car park which many of the commenters blamed on EVs even though it was clearly from the exhaust of a pickup truck. Hello my friends, welcome to the channel. I’m Sam Evans. You’re watching the Electric Viking. A story on the 23rd of October said one person was confirmed dead after an electric bus fire in Oakland in New Zealand. So, a so-called lithium-ion battery expert said that chain reactions and toxic fumes are the reason a key Oakland route remained closed hours after a fatal electric bus blaze. Clearly, this so-called lithium battery expert um was lying because the batteries never caught fire. Never. So, this was from the New Zeal New Zealand Herald.co.nz. that M guy who has a ridiculous YouTube channel that is fighting against reality. He was obviously did a video on it as well. There’s numerous people doing videos. Fire and emergency say this week’s fatal Oakland electric bus blaze began in a petrol car and spread to the bus. The company which makes the bus’s batteries says they were undamaged in the fire. Uh counselor calls out anti-EV propaganda after fatal bus fire. This was a news report.
