Here are five things you should know about the Rapi T30 EV. This gets a high voltage 240 volt electric platform which is usually seen in cars and it is the only made in India motorcycle to get this tech. It also gets a CCS type 2 charging port. So what you can do is you can charge the motorcycle at any given charging port across the country. It gets a 3.3 kW fast charger which is on board. You don’t need to pay anything extra and this charges the motorcycle from 20% to 80% within 36 minutes. It gets a 22 kW electric motor makes around 30 bp and 70 mm and it has a top speed of 135 kmp. This is a 5.4 kW battery pack. It gives a IDC range of 200 km. So in real world it will give around 150 km in comfort mode. There are three riding modes comfort, power and sprint. The range changes according to the mode. So the comfort gets 150 km, the power mode gets 100 km, and the fastest mode which is the sprint mode, it gets you 75 km on a single charge. And that’s true range by the way. So this package will set you back by 2.39 lakh egg showroom. Currently it is available in Chennai and very shortly it will be available in Bangalore.
