1989 Bugatti A0 Design Study

Little to no information exists on this, but according to the EB110 registry, this was the first ever prototype/proposal/whatchamacallit for the EB110 we all know and love. And before you ask, yes, this is the ONLY existing photo of it and the only proof that it actually existed at one point, and it's most likely been destroyed since 1989.
