Best coilovers/shocks&springs for the price?

2002 Honda accord coupe. Currently running some booty cheeks cheap maxpeedingrods but I need an upgrade because they are garbo and too dirty to adjust. My goal is to dial in my fitment because my rear end is monster trucking a little, but might as well go for a fresh full set. Also if you guys have any other cosmetic modifications that you think would look good on my build throw em at me for some ideas! Thanks:)
