2025 WEC Bahrain | Mustang GT3 | Ford Racing
[Music] [Applause] Definitely a very difficult and demanding track for us. High tire deck. Just the surface of the track and the heat as well is pretty hot here. Even though we’re coming into winter now, but it’s still 30° ambient. The tires, you get one or two laps and then they’re already going off. So, you got to be super careful at the start of the day. I think it’s been a um an up and down year. Now we’re at the end of the end of the season. We’re going to put our everything into it and uh hopefully we get what I think that you know we deserve and have deserved for the for the season, which is a podium and and possibly even a win. [Music] I mean, so far so good. Stephano did a great start at the beginning and Dennis as well did a great steal. For sure. I think this one is one of the most challenging race of the season so far. The track is really warm and the tire management is the key. So, you really need to be to stay focused and take care about your tires. [Music] [Music] I just struggled really for uh for tire life at the very end there. So, we couldn’t really fight at the very front, but the the Mustang was was was quick. Um you know, especially on the new tire, we were really fast. I think uh the boys did a great job. Ben and Bernie, uh some really clean stints and the crew were fless as well with the with the pit stops. I feel a bit gutted after the season to be honest cuz we had a lot of potential. Luck hasn’t been on our side and uh we had a few issues uh during the season. Today we gambled. We didn’t really have the pace to win on outra pace, but we tried to gamble on strategy and uh we were one lap short of that last yellow. Uh which would have put us up front again, but that’s racing. We live to fight another day or another year and uh we’ll be back. [Music]
