New 2026 Lamborghini Temerario Hybrid Supercar! #cars #supercars #sportscar #lamborghini #fast #car

The Lamborghini Temerario is a hybrid super sports car that replaces the Huracán, featuring a unique plug-in hybrid powertrain combining a twin-turbo V8 engine with three electric motors, for a combined output of 920 CV (920 horsepower). It boasts a high-revving engine, a futuristic design inspired by its heritage, a technology-rich interior with multiple screens, and extensive customization options.
The Lamborghini Temerario, which replaced the Huracán, is the brand’s second plug-in hybrid supercar (HPEV). Officially unveiled in 2024, the Temerario features a twin-turbo V8 engine paired with three electric motors to produce 907 horsepower.
Powertrain and performance
Engine: The Temerario is powered by an all-new twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 engine, known as the L411, with a high redline of 10,000 rpm.
Hybrid system: The powertrain includes three electric motors: two for the front axle and a third integrated into the V8’s eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. The hybrid system is backed by a 3.8 kWh lithium-ion battery and provides immediate electric torque to help eliminate turbo lag.
Power and speed: The total output is 907 horsepower and 590 pound-feet of torque. This allows the Temerario to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.7 seconds and achieve a top speed of over 210 mph.
Drivetrain: The all-wheel-drive system features electric torque vectoring and the ability to operate in a short-range, all-electric mode.
Design and chassis
Exterior: The Temerario’s design is an evolution of Lamborghini’s styling, with a “shark-nose” front, hexagonal daytime running lights, and a prominent rear spoiler. For enhanced aerodynamics, the rear diffuser features flaps that can increase downforce by up to 25% compared to the Huracán STO.
Chassis: The chassis is an aluminum spaceframe constructed from a high-strength, ultra-light alloy to improve torsional rigidity and driving dynamics.
Aerodynamics: The car incorporates active aerodynamics, with air channels in the hexagonal lights and vortex generators underneath to manage airflow and maximize downforce.
Customization: Drivers can customize their car with over 400 exterior colors and special liveries. For an even more lightweight and aerodynamically efficient version, there is an available Alleggerita package.
Interior and technology
Cockpit: The interior carries over Lamborghini’s signature fighter-jet-inspired styling, including the “flip-up” start button and hexagonal vents. It features a three-screen electronic architecture similar to the Revuelto.
Drive modes: The “Direzione Anima” toggle on the steering wheel allows drivers to switch between multiple modes, including:
Recharge, Città, Strada, and Sport: Standard modes for different driving conditions.
Corsa: The most aggressive performance-focused mode.
Drift Mode: A new feature that uses the front electric motors to help control controlled oversteer.
Comfort and safety: The cabin offers 18-way adjustable and ventilated seats for comfort. It also includes modern assistance features such as Active Lane Departure Warning and an Optical Parking System.
Motorsport variant
A track-only GT3 racing version of the Temerario is planned for a 2026 debut. This version will use the same V8 engine as the road car but will exclude the hybrid components to comply with GT3 racing rules.
