Raptee HV T30 Electric Motorcycle Detailed Look | Specs, Range, Charging Time

This is the new Rapi HV T30 electric motorcycle. Now, Rapi HV is a young Indian startup in the space of EVs. And this, the T30 is a brand’s first electric motorcycle. Now, as you can see, it looks sporty, but it’s not really positioned as a sport motorcycle. It’s more a urban commuter motorcycle with slightly performance to give you that thrill, that entertainment and of course practicality. Uh it has that uh upright riding stance so you don’t really need to crouch on. It’s not very aggressive in terms of ergonomics. Seat height is 790 mm so it will be easy for most riders I think and uh curb weight is 177 kgs. Now the output of the motor is uh 22 kW and uh peak torque is 70 Newton meters and it comes with a 5.3 kWh battery pack with a claimed IDC claimed range of 200 km on a single charge but of course you’ll have to use comfort mode there are three modes comfort power and sprint in comfort mode maximum claimed IDC range is 200 km now the Rapi HV T30 is priced at 2 lakh 39,000. The company says this is an electric alternative to your 250 to 300 cc motorcycles. But what the company says is it boasts of something which no other electric two-wheeler in India has right now which is the CCS2 charging system. What that does? It unlocks access to any conventional public car charger. Over 30,000 car chargers available, charging stations available right now in India. So you can use this bike on a conventional charging car charging port and use it to charge it. 20 to 80% charging time claimed is only 36 minutes. So that’s what the USB of this bike is. And it’s got an onboard 3.33 kW charger as well. with that on a conventional home charging 15 amp socket you can still charge it which is a claim charging time of 20 to 80% in just about an hour so that is the primary USB of the T30 is that your charging time is reduced drastically you have access to 30,000 more than 30,000 public charging stations the car chargers any electric car charger you can use to charge this motorcycle but at 2 lakh 39,000 rupees what do you think of the price, do let us know in the comments. It also has a 7in TFT screen. It’s got built-in navigation. It has those those uh that’s the built-in navigation. It it has the built-in navigation and uh it has three ride modes uh comfort, power and sprint with different performance. Three levels of regen and it gets standard dual channel ABS with 17in wheels. Suspension of course 37 mm upside down front fork rear monos with both ends giving you travel of about 110 mm. uh ground clearance is about 160 mm and this is totally IP67 rated so no problems water waiting which is what the company says up to 500 mm of water waiting capability this bike has what do you think of this made in India electric motorcycle the Rapi HV T30 at 2.39 lakh and with those kind of charging options do you think this could be a gamecher for anyone looking at going electric or looking to buy an electric motorcycle or would you be interested in something like this at that price point?
