The Glow Up is Crazy
All right, you want to talk about glow-ups for new products that nobody’s really talking about for some reason. I would like to nominate Kia with this new EV6. This is nice. They’ve done a lot of good stuff here. First new glowup is the new front end. Okay, so these new headlights, they’ve grown on me, but I think they look nice. This whole front end has been redesigned. But the second glow up is the battery. So the first gen had a 77 kWh battery. This has grown to now an 84 kWh. So, the GT line, which is the one I have here, will do well over 300 mi, which is nice. But then third glow up is this is an NACS port now. So, you can plug into Tesla superchargers with no adapter needed and charge in a ton of places. You still get this light here, which indicates how full you are, and it’s still a motorized charging door. Nice. But then the fourth glow up is on the inside, which is wireless CarPlay and Android Auto. I don’t know why it took him so long, but it’s welcome. But then the fifth glow-up is this updated interior styling. It feels a lot more premium and visually interesting on the inside now. This new dual tone steering wheel is cool. And this new wireless charging pad on this floating armrest is ideal. So yeah, shout out to the new EV6. If it wasn’t already on your radar with all this glow up, now it probably should
