Bought my first Honda which happens to be JDM imported car…

New to the imported car driving thing. My brother was selling this ( he bought it and sold it within 5 months) and I couldn’t resist it. First are most US domestic parts compatible and second where do you guys source you’re “harder” to get OEM and after market parts from???? Cars rock solid right now but I’m trying to get as much research in as possible before I inevitably have to fix something. Looking to do a full suspension upgrade soon. 🙏 thanks!
