you own a vehicle, and when you’re enrolled in Safe & Secure, it can help give some peace of
mind for the what ifs. When you or a passenger need help, press the SOS button to connect with
the Volkswagen Response Center, which can help you get in touch with emergency services. In the
event it’s detected that your Volkswagen is in a collision, you’ll also receive an Automatic Crash
Notification. If you need directions sent to your vehicle’s factory-installed navigation system, or
if you have general questions about your vehicle, press the i-button to connect with an agent who
can assist. Depending on your model, Anti-theft Alerts can notify you when unauthorized entry
into the vehicle is detected. And should your VW go missing, there’s also Stolen Vehicle Location
Assistance, which can help the authorities try to find its location. Some models with Safe &
Secure also include Vehicle H.E.L.P. and Road Awareness Alerts, which can notify other drivers
who are part of the Safety Cloud ecosystem when you or another equipped vehicle are stopped with
hazard lights on. Plan duration and available features of Safe & Secure vary by model and model
year, but you can check your plan information in myVW here. To enable Safe & Secure, select it
from the Available Plans, and tap Activate. From the everyday, to the unexpected, Safe
& Secure can help support you along the way.
