On X Trail Revival Project: Tizer Lakes, Montana

[♪ Peppy music ♪]
VO: Me and my dad would come up here,
we would camp, we would fish… …and off-road was our means to get to all these super-rad places. You know, we wanna preserve it for future generations… VO: …so the grandkids keep comin’ out. Keeping these trails open, that we’ve used for 20/30 years,
is really important… VO: …and if we don’t do it, nobody else is going to. VO: The work that we’re doing today is critical… VO: …so that our future generations are able to go experience the same thing I was able to experience with my family. VO: We’re really proud to see our kids out here, working on these trails, meeting new people, and
maintaining the outdoors for their future. VO: It’s so fulfilling to watch [the] next generations gettin’ out on the road and adventuring. VO: Today is my opportunity to take care of the land.
Tomorrow, it could be my daughter’s.

In Tizer Lakes, Montana, it’s more than just tradition — it’s a legacy. Together, we returned to the trail with more than restoration in mind. We came to protect a heritage, to clear the way — not only for today’s adventurers, but for the generations who’ll follow in our tire tracks. Because the spirit of the outdoors lives on when we leave it better than we found it.
