RCB G19 Electric Bike Assembly – HARDEST Set Up?

Couldn’t ask for a nicer day to be assembling the G19 RCB ebike. I’m going to be assembling it today. And if you got any questions, please leave a comment down below. But let’s get straight into the video. Hello there. Welcome to the build of the RCB G19 uh electric bike. So, as you can see, it comes um out of the box, which we’ve taken the box and disposed of in a um ecoolological way. We’ve also now got um take the rest of this packaging off here. You don’t want to see all that boring stuff. So, uh we’re going to do that for you. We’ll be back in a sec. Okay. So, we’ve uncovered all the bike with a little bit of magic. I call it art magic. And you can see now the look of the bike. I love the look of this bike because it’s got um again one of these retro seats here. Plus, you’ve got seem to have a seat for a second person here, which will become clearer later because I think there’s additional footrests we can put on as well. Quite a chunky battery. Um, and obviously we’ve got suspension built in front and back on there. Chunky tires. Um, and and yeah, looks quite a um a good bike. So, we’ve got a couple of indicators on the rear here. They come sort of obviously for packaging wise they’ve uh just taken that out so it folds in so you don’t break these uh through the nut itself you’ll find there’s a a bolt here a nut on the end of the um wire here. So then if you just very gently don’t uh cross thread and again the same on the other side yourself a spanner and then you’re just gently going to tighten them up. Okay, so first thing we’re going to do is the handlebars. We’re going to fit these to the front stem here. Um, just make sure that these bolts are tightened up and everything is in line. So when you line the forks up, everything is in line. So this needs to come across just a little bit. What we’re going to do is fit this inside here. We’ve got four Allen bolts in here. So what we’re going to do first is uh going to undo the Allen bolts on the front here. Going to take these completely out. Those out there be four. They are universal, so don’t worry about getting them mixed up. So, you’ve got that and the four bolts. So, what’s going to happen is we’re going to offer up the handlebars into position. And you can see there it’s got like a a n piece of the bar. That’s the center part that you line up with what you’re going to do. Now, of course, this is going to be adjusted to whatever riding position that you would like. One either side. Just hand tighten them in. Make sure you get all four in to start with. Again, what I wouldn’t do is uh overtighten one uh before uh doing the others because you find that it will uh overtighten one side. So, I tend to do diagonal. Okay. Uh what we’re going to do is fix the mug guard next. Um Oh, yeah. By the way, what do you think about our new hat? Uh nice color. Does it suit me? Comment below. Um, so what we’re going to do first is fit this onto here. So we got a center bolt and then we’ve got two bolts either side. I would suggest fitting the two bolts either side here first. So first thing we do is to undo these on the side here. All right. Keep hold of the washers as well when you’re doing this. So again, just position this roughly where you want this and these will then slot back in. Again, same thing I always do, just hand tight to start with. Again, we can we can tighten these completely when we finish, but what we look to do is really get the center one fixed next. So, now we’re going to fit the front headlight. Uh, this headlight is a big headlight. It’s almost like car size to me. Uh, obviously goes up the right way. So, I’m upside down at the moment. So, I’ve reversed this. It does come with a connection point here, and that will marry up with the connection point. That’ll be the one that has the two pins in here. And then that will then fit top and bottom into there. So you’ll see it is sort of pear-shaped. So you go pear shape to pear shape on that when you bit. So to start with uh you’ve got two um hooks if you’d like on the outside. I’ve already pre-put on the um the gasket type bits on here. So all this does is this will fit over the top either side of the bars here. And then you have an angled piece here. And then this will slip in the front position. You’ve got two slots. I’ll try the first slot first of all is we’ve done the first section here. Make sure this gaskets round the right way on the inside. One is high, one is low. Uh, and then you just get the Allen key in place. I would leave it loose for a minute. One side because we’re going to do the wires and the position of the cables. So, again, just remember that this part here, uh, that part here goes around the side. And the smaller bit then will clip into the front here. Just make sure it’s all clipped in as it should, like so. And then the holt then goes through here and then screw on here. Okay. You then get your Allen key and you can tighten up using the a 10m spanner uh one side allen key the other side and you can start to tighten up. Remember again what we’re doing we’re looking for positioning this probably do it about central. I should to the bars. And again, get that tightened up. What we’re going to do now is slot front wheel into the um into the forks and into the brake caliper. Just line the caliper up first. That’s the most important thing. Make sure you keep these washers on the inside, both sides. And then we’ve got two washers and a nut. You line the first washer up with the indentation in the frame. Okay. And then you can do that one up. Same on the other side. Line that one up. These act as locking bolts. Do them up by hand to start with. Just check the wheel is free running. If it’s not, then it might be an adjustment you’ve got to do on the brake. A check. Once you’ve tightened up and everything’s tight, just a nice spin of the wheel. That should be nice and free without touching. Okay, so we got right and left pedals to put on cast. These are with some reflectors. Quite nice. It does state on here right and right with the direction arrow as well. And the same on the uh stem of the uh headless as well. Just get it to the um apex position. Uh, and then just as the arrows says is to follow this round, get your 15 mil spanner and then just tight tighten up. Okay, good. Nice and tight. Just checked it’s nice and free. And you’re going to um replicate that on the left hand side as well. In the headlight first. So just remember to get the arrows together. There’s two arrows either side of here. So get the arrows uh that that will meet up together. Uh and then that will slot in quite nicely together. So, we look for the arrow and arrow together. Push it in like so. Is just to get that started off on there to start with the bolt. Same on the other side. They have got a slight adjustment in these as well. So they can go backwards and forwards however you’d like them. So again, uh same thing we’re going to do. Just fold them out the way while you’re doing it. Is to tighten that back up. Okay. Um finished the build um of this rather impressive RCB G19 bike. Um I say it looks quite mean all in black. Uh the the actual I love the look of the saddle. Um and I love the look of the indicators and the lights, brake lights. It does look a very professional bike. This uh big fat tires, good bike. What a fantastic looking bike this is. I agree with my dad. Absolutely lovely build of the bike. Uh link to the product will will be in the description down below and we’ll be doing a review on this bike shortly.
