FASTEST E-Bike I’ve ever Ridden! HappyRun G100PRO is a BEAST!

What up, guys? Welcome back to the channel. Man, today we have a brand new electric bike that we’re going to be opening up. This is the HRG 100 Pro, and this comes to us from Happy Run. They claim this thing does 50 m an hour. Just for reference, the only other electric bikes that I have experience with, they only go up to 30 m an hour. Actually, 29 m an hour. This thing does a whole 21 mph faster than that. I’m not going to lie. I’m extremely excited about that. That thing’s going to be freaking moving, man. If it’s true, of course, we got to test it out. But before we can do that, we got to get this thing cracked open. So, let’s just get into it. Order one of these guys, you can guarantee that’s going to get to you nice and safe, cuz good lord do they have a lot of packaging inside of here. Got ourselves a little happy run box. What’s inside of this guy? Oh, okay. Going to be some assembly required. Oh, look at that. There’s your first look at it. Actually, it’s probably the thumbnail, right? So, they did have this available in that yellow. And it also comes in black. I chose the black one. Inside the box, it looks like we have our charger for the battery. We’ve got Oh, these are blinkers. The pedals. Oh, the display. Okay. All right. Okay. Let’s be careful with that. Don’t want to scratch it. What’s inside the little Happy Run bag? Oh, very nice, dude. Tools. So, it looks like we’re probably going to have all the tools that we need to actually assemble this thing. So, anyhow, let’s move forward with getting it out of the box. Oh, that goes all the way down there. Okay. What the heck? All right. You know what? We’re going to have to do something here because they actually do have this packaged so well. Oh, I can’t seem to get it out of there. So, this is a a cafe style bike. Supposed to look like a cafe racer. Wow, dude. Holy crap. You guys have got to see this, man. My first time laying eyes on it. But look at that. This is an electric bike, and it looks like a It looks like a motorcycle. I ain’t going to lie. Look at those brakes. Holy crap. Look at the shocks, dude. What? And they’re on both sides. You know, sometimes you see them, it’d only be on one side, but dude, this thing is sick. All right, we got to get this thing put together. Dude, look at that. Man, this is going to be so freaking cool. So, here it is. Fresh out of the box. We have to put the handlebars on. We got to put the front wheel on. I need to find the center axle, which I’d assume is probably in a box over here or something. Dude, look at this. I believe this is the Yeah, this is the battery, bro. It’s literally shaped like the gas tank. This thing is going to look like an actual motorcycle. Like a cafe racer. Looks like the tail light with the rear blinkers. Dude, I don’t know what this is yet. But look at that. Look at the carbon fiber on that. This is either the front or the rear fender. I don’t know yet until we actually get into it. We got a kickstand. Dude, it’s got a freaking pump to air up the tires. What is up? If you don’t have a compressor, that’s actually really cool. So, you’re capable of airing your tires up. You don’t have to run down to the gas station to do so. They’ve included everything. You got a tire pump as well as all the tools that you need to actually assemble this thing. Front blinker. You got pedals. Look at the headlight. Got a big old freaking headlight. This looks like a windcreen together. Oh, yeah. Look at that. There it is. Looks like a wind screen. That’s probably right around where this guy is going to mount. I think this is going to be the front brake. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And there’s our axle I was looking for. So, I’m going to need that to put the front wheel on. And of course, our battery charger. And since the battery is separate right now, I’m going to go ahead and get this thing plugged in while we’re putting this thing together. So, we get a little bit of a head start on getting that guy charged up. [Music] Look at this dual battery. Top battery is 72 volts, 18 amp hour lithium battery. Bottom battery is 72 volts, 18 ampour lithium battery. Dude, this thing is an absolute beast. You guys seen that? I believe that the second battery is still in that little box over there. I still got to open up. There’s a bunch of stuff inside of there. We’re going to get to that here in a little bit, but I want to make some progress on actually getting this thing assembled before we open that up. So, they have inside of here full instructions on what it is to do to get this thing assembled. And then there’s also a QR code here on the front that you can scan. And it’s an unbox and assembly video. Yeah, they make it as easy for you as they can. So, let’s get into it. The assembly of this thing is really simple. Handlebars are just like any other bicycle. If you’ve ever put handlebars on a bicycle, here we have the front brake rotor. It just bolts straight on to the hub of the front wheel. Moving on. To put the front wheel on, you got to slide the center axle in. For the front, you have to pay a little bit of close attention to this because the front axle is actually keyed. So, it does go in one way, but the thing bolts in there good and strong. [Applause] Of course, you need a kickstand. This one’s really easy. It’s just two bolts. And they literally gave you every single tool that you need to assemble this thing. All right, there’s the majority of it. I left the handlebars loose so that once we get it done, I can kind of position them exactly where it is I need them. I don’t know if they may be a little bit back or a little forward. Yeah, there’s the bike. Dude, this thing is awesome, man. I’m not going to lie. I am extremely excited to get these batteries charged up. But now we just need to accessorize it. We have all the little stuff we still got to assemble on here. So, let’s get it done. All right. So, our LED display and our wind screen is up next. [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] All [Music] [Music] right, box number two. Man, we pretty much ran out of stuff to put on the bike. Now we need to see. Oh my god, there’s another charger. It really comes with two chargers. That is really freaking cool. As you guys know, this isn’t our first bike that we’ve reviewed. There’s been some previously that have the ability of using two chargers, but they don’t send you two chargers. They actually send you two chargers. Man, that’s exciting. I should have opened this box earlier so that I could grab the second battery out of here because we could literally be having them both charging at the same time. All right, I’ll be back. I got to go get this charging so I can catch up with the first one. So, dual batteries and dual chargers so that you can literally charge this thing twice as fast. Got some more keys. Goodbye. All right. So, inside of box number two, not only do we have our second battery, our second charger, uh, but there’s also this bracket. This bolts on the back, and this is where I believe this is where our rear Yeah, our rear fender is going to mount to this for the back tire. Also, we’ve got ourselves a little fancy cargo rack. As you guys know, we like to take electric bikes on our adventures, like fishing and stuff like that. And it helps to have a place to be able to strap down some cargo. So, let’s figure out how this guy goes on. [Music] [Music] All right. So, for the sake of seeing this thing completely put together, the batteries, you can charge them off of the bike or you can charge them on the bike. Of course, you don’t have to pull the batteries off in order to charge them. So, I’m going to go ahead and put the batteries on and then we’ll charge them with it on the bike because I want to see what it looks like with these on there. Well, I think we did a pretty good job, man. It actually looks just like the picture. Minus this one’s yellow. Of course, this thing has a seriously aggressive look to it. I absolutely love the way this thing looks. Of course, it’s not fully charged yet. We’re going to go ahead and allow it to charge for a little bit longer. I got both batteries in. Got both chargers on. So, this light should turn green whenever our batteries are all the way charged up. I don’t know. I’m probably not going to wait for them to fully charge cuz we got to go and test ride this thing. They do have some instructions right here on a sticker on the screen for you for the first start and stuff. So, I’m going to go ahead and leave that there till we’re ready. But yeah, this thing is really cool. I should mention make sure you get your handlebar bolts nice and tight cuz this is a pretty tall handlebar. There’s going to be a lot of leverage, you know, especially have to slam on the brakes. You don’t want these to fold forward on you. I don’t know if you’re going to get them tight enough with the Allen wrench that they supply. I mean, you can, but if you have an Allen wrench, socket, and a ratchet, it’d be a lot easier to make sure you get those good and snug. And of course, I’d recommend going over the entire bike, just double-checking and doing a nut and bolt check. Make sure everything’s good and tight, because this thing is supposed to be pretty fast, man. You don’t want to find out something’s loose while you’re going 50. All right, this thing is all charged up, dudes. Let’s go ahead and switch our batteries over to the on position. On. On. All right, we got ourselves a checklist here. Turn on battery switch. That’s done. Press and hold the S button until the screen lights up. S buttons over here. But dang, all the blinkers are like going through a cycle. That is sick. All right. Uh, place the NFC card on the upper left side. Let’s go ahead and get this thing out of the way of our screen. Huh? Come here, buddy. All right. So, this thing has a uh So, it does have an NFC card. Where’d I put it? Oh, over here. So, there’s a couple of them. So, so you’d keep this thing on you so that you know somebody can’t steal your bike. Bow, there it is. Left side of the screen. To unlock and start the electric bike. How to turn off the power. Press and hold the S button until the bike turns off. I had the blinkers on. That’s what the beeping is for. It lets you know that you have a blinker on. How do we switch out of park? Oh, that’s the freaking horn, dude. Oh, I touched the brake. Now we’re out of park. Holy crap. Oh my god, dude. This thing almost just did a wheelie and I barely touched it. Okay, we got to do this. [Music] Yeah, this thing definitely is crazy fast. But I will say you don’t want to get stuck uh having to pedal this thing home cuz it is just a single gear, single sprocket. You don’t have multiple gears. But at least you do have something. So if your batteries do die, though, then again, that’s going to be pretty hard to do having two giant batteries, 18 amp hours a piece. But if your batteries do die, at least you do have the pedal feature. Oh crap. Okay. Woo. All right. Full throttle. All right. So, we are topping out at 30 mph. I guess uh to unlock it to go 50, we have to power it on and then 1 2 3 4 5 and supposedly that is going to switch it over to 50 mph mode. I don’t know till we try. Oh my god. Oh my god. Definitely feels a lot faster. Oh yeah, there it is. Oh yeah. Every bit of 50 crossing the street. Dude, this thing is crazy how fast it goes. I am keeping up with traffic with no problem. Holy Almost rear ending somebody. Holy crap, dude. Off-road test. Jesus Christ, dude. This thing just mows over everything. Yeah. Now we have it on the 50 mph mode. It accelerates so much faster, too. Like, yeah. So, you have to shut it off before you actually unlock it. You hit the brake pedal, the left brake pedal, five times, and then it unlocks it to the 50 mph mode, I guess. To go back to the 30 mph mode, you just repeat that. Holy crap. All right. Another thing is it doesn’t have a lot of torque like right off the line like from a dead stop. It doesn’t take off like super fast like it it gets you going. You know what I mean? But once you are up to speed, you know, let’s say you’re doing like I’m doing 11 right now and then you floor it. Yeah. It just it wants to throw you off. Definitely has a lot of power. Damn. Brakes work really good, too. The suspension definitely eats up all the potholes. Here we go. Oh man. Yeah, this thing is crazy. I I’m not going to lie. This thing it’s kind of dangerous, bro. You got to really get used to how fast this thing goes. I for sure need to put some more air in the front tire. Dude, this thing is freaking crazy, man. Like, it’s ridiculous how fast this thing goes. Raven just got home from work, so it’s your turn, man. You got to take this thing down the block. Oh, that’s Yeah. I have to tell you, though, be careful cuz it it does every bit of 50. Yeah. No, it’s on. Yeah. Oh my god. There’s no point. Yeah. And he’s gone. He’s already freaking halfway down the block. That thing is fast, man. Good lord. We don’t have a single other ebike that is as fast as that thing. It’s crazy. [Applause] [Laughter] Oh man. There’s no point of these pedals. They should just put pegs. Yeah. No, it you know what I think it is? I I think it’s like a regulation thing. If it does more than 30 miles an hour or whatever, like it’s got to have P. I don’t know. But either way, it’s really nice if you if you do kill the batteries, you still have a pop a willie. Dude, I did earlier on accident, which was sketchy as hell. Yeah, that thing’s intense, huh? Dude, this is a pit mobile for sure. Yeah, this the fastest thing we have. Electric for sure. The screen is really nice, too. Yeah, it’s nice. Like, I don’t know. It’s a really nice bike. I can’t wait to take this thing out and like take it to the track or whatever. Blinkers work. Yeah, dude. It’s got blinkers. It’s got a headlight. Hit the horn. [Laughter] That was you. Sounds like a cop, huh? Yo, did you see that carbon fiber on the back? I seen you when I walked up around this spot. Yeah. You sitting here like this, you know? It’s like Well, I took it around I took it around the park right now and having such a long seat was kind of nice. All the way around the park. Yeah. I drove past you when you were pulling up all the way around the park in that time. Oh, yeah. I walked into my room. I set my stuff down and then I heard Yeah. I zoomed all the way around the park off road. This thing does great. I I was going down in Kanto keeping up with traffic and then all of a sudden everybody hit the brakes and I wasn’t paying attention. I was like, “Oh my god, I’m almost rear ended a truck.” And then I darted off onto the sidewalk. But yeah, it’s it’s pretty crazy. Look at the shocks on the back. And they’re adjustable, too. You can make them stiffer. I think uh the front is adjustable. I saw some things on the bottom to turn, but I don’t know. I got to mess with it some more, obviously. But by all means, man, if you guys are interested in one of these guys, I will have a link in the description down below. Go and check it out. I think that they’re also going to give you guys a discount if you’re interested in one. I most certainly highly recommend it. This thing is a lot of fun. and we’ve only had it, you know, this is our first day with it. So, yeah, this is going to be awesome. Take this out to the track with us. And actually, I want to go out testing soon. So, it would be nice to have this to go out testing and you could zoom down as the, you know, with the camera down to the eighth mile and then come back, flag you and get to the eighth mile and then then look at you go by. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That’s it. Anyhow, guys, like I said, go ahead and check this thing out. In the description down below, there’ll be a link. Uh this isn’t the only model that they have either. They have a really cool looking like dirt bike style one which uh I I think we’re going to have to get one of those as well. But yeah, dude, definitely a lot of fun. Most certainly recommend it. What’s your first impressions? First time riding it. That’s sick. I like it. I like it. All right, guys. I hope you enjoyed this review of the Happy Run G100 Pro. That’s it. I think we need a helmet ride in this thing later. Oh, got a little squirly there, bud. That thing’s sick. Jesus Christ. Oh, yeah. It’ll do a wheelie. RP the carbon fee bra. Oh, the Jesus Christ. It hit the carbon fiber. Did it? Yes. A cool. Damn. Happy run. Can I get a new one? I know I’m going to mess that up cuz now we have to try to nail, bro. Oh my god. How fast did you get up to? Uh, I let off before it went all the way fast. I think I probably got like 50. It probably got to like 40. I got it to 50 down in camo. That’s crazy. It’s crazy.
