2025 IMSA Canadian Tire Motorsport Park | Mustang GT3 | Ford Performance
One of the fastest tracks in the calendar. There’s not much margin for error. If you make a mistake here, it’s usually pretty painful for the car. It’s one of the coolest tracks I’ve been to so far in INSA. Very fast. Turn one, turn two, first sector in general or the track in general is very, very fast. This is just fantastic. Also, if you see all the fans around the track, it reminds me a little bit on the Nubring notcher in Germany, you know, a lot of camping around the track and and just up and down, lot of elevation, almost like a roller coaster. [Music] quite tough uh first in for me. Tried to do a another strategy going very long but the tires were really really uh on on the maximum. So, and then there was just many many uh incidents later with different cars going off and different football. So, yeah, I think we we tried obviously with B7. We we’re not happy, but um yeah, it is what it is. Was a tough day. We had two drive-thru penalties. Uh ended up heat 10 at the end. The race ended under yellow. Yeah. So, I think we still had a chance at the end maybe to fight for something, but it’s just one of those days uh where you can’t do much and uh we all, you know, we win and lose together and that’s definitely a low point of the season so far, but I think we learned a lot and we will learn from the mistakes and we will come back a lot stronger, I’m sure.
