hey everybody welcome to Sacramento California and the ride event for two motorcycles that are making a lot of buzz in the naked bike category and two motorcycles that we are so excited to have in the American Honda lineup going forward Of course we’re talking about the 2025 CB750 Hornet and the 2025 CB-1000 Hornet SP We’re so excited to get people on these motorcycles and experience what the Hornet lineup is all about The thing I like about this 2025 Honda CV 1000 Hornet SP the most is just how much value you get for this motorcycle $11,000 It comes with the 2017 generation Honda CBR1000 RR water cooled engine We love the electronic up and down quick shifter which really makes riding fun especially in a tight set of corners Another hit from American Honda Yeah it was absolutely fantastic These new Hornets really kind of exceeded my expectation and man the Honda team really put in a lot of work like organizing the ride and making sure everything went smoothly and it made for a great experience so we could really get a feel for these bikes strengths So yeah great fun I got to say a lot of times when you go on launches like this particularly for a bike as sporting as a CB-1000 a lot of brands will cherrypick roads and really only put you in an environment where that bike is super comfortable So I want to give massive props to Honda one for allowing us to really put these bikes through the paces on bumpy roads and perfect roads Like we really got to test these bikes and see what they’re like to live with on a daily basis And that’s kind of unique especially when you’re talking about these sportier segments My first impression of the Honda CB 750 Hornet is it’s really smooth and comfortable It’s perfectly priced All the goodies of like quick shift up and down which was really smooth Nice easy clutch pull It has really strong brakes The suspension did well Yeah I don’t know Overall it’s a great bike I think it’s going to do really well
We’re riding the you know 2025 CB 1000 Hornet SP As a enthusiast of naked big bike uh motorcycles one of the things I noticed most you know from just some of the freeway stuff we were doing is the nonvibration You know there was no buzziness at the bars or at the pegs through the seat I mean it’s really kind of hitting all the marks It’s got style brakes up front It’s got uh some good adjustability in it as far as your power modes your TC mode and engine braking That’s kind of a cool thing that’s not you don’t find that on all motorcycles They also outfitted it with you know fully adjustable suspension a nice pull and shock on the rear and oh the other kudos uh the birectional quick shifter Fantastic Kudos Honda I’ve been on this uh beautiful pearl white and red 750 here and what a gem to ride this thing up in these twisties up in the mountains This thing has been gloriously fun to ride I mean it just it’s it’s so planted and yet so flickable I’m not sure I want to get off of it It’s a great bike
