The new BMW M2 CS (G87 CS) marks the next chapter in a remarkable success story that began with the iconic BMW 2002 turbo, continued with the BMW 1 Series M Coupé and the first BMW M2. A preview of the BMW M2 CS was unveiled on 23 May at the prestigious Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este on the shores of Lake Como.

This limited special model offers the ultimate driving pleasure – both on the track and for everyday use. The BMW M2 CS is manufactured exclusively at BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí in Mexico.

Based on the second generation of the BMW M2, the new BMW M2 CS takes performance to extraordinary new heights. Its high-revving six-cylinder in-line engine produces an impressive 390 kW/530hp, with a maximum torque of 650Nm.
The lightweight CFRP boot lid with integrated ducktail is a real head-turner. With lightning-fast power delivery, increased engine power and reduced weight, the BMW M2 CS accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in under four seconds.
