With the GTD, we didn’t promise Mustang drivers “good enough,” we promised them a street-legal supercar that could compete with the world’s best. And we delivered.
This year, we fine-tuned the production Mustang GTD, took it back to the unforgiving Nürburgring and shaved 5.5 seconds off its lap time. It now ranks as the fourth-fastest production sports car to complete a sub-7-minute circuit.
Going sub-7 is elite-level speed, with only five production sports cars ever achieving it.
