Audi Q6 e-tron 2025 review: New electric car undercuts Porsche Macan EV and targets BMW iX3 SUV
The 2025 Audi Q6 e-tron has finally arrived in Australia, where it promises to bring the fight to the mechanically related Porsche Macan EV as well as the BMW iX3, Mercedes-Benz EQC and Polestar 4 at the premium end of the increasingly competitive fully electric mid-size SUV segment.
Sharing its new PPE platform with the second-generation, the all-new Q6 e-tron is looking to stand out from the crowd with two body-style options: a traditional wagon from launch and a style-focused Sportback coupe later this year. It’s also got advanced technology, including three powertrain options, spanning 225kW/485Nm single-motor rear-wheel drive and 285kW/580Nm or 360kW/580Nm dual-motor all-wheel drive. A 100kWh battery pack enables a WLTP-rated driving range of up to 641km.
