Driving a Zagato Zele electric car flat out, four-up. How fast can we go?

Zagato has created some fantastically valuable and desirable cars over the years, but when things turned sour for the Italian company in the early seventies, it decided to do something radical, and that was to introduce a tiny plastic-bodied electric car.
